Start with the operation
The work begins with how a company actually runs: its people, handoffs, pressure points, and goals. Technology comes after the problem is understood.

Building practical AI systems for construction companies that want to operate with greater clarity, control, and confidence.

The founder
Ambition matters. How you build, how you lead, and how you treat people matter more.
Cassidy Kittredge is a nineteen-year-old entrepreneur whose experience sits at the intersection of business, construction, artificial intelligence, and competitive hockey. After working in AI consulting, he founded Kanawha AI L.L.C. in June 2026 to bring practical, strategically designed AI systems to the construction industry. His perspective on ownership began early: he started building self-directed businesses at fourteen and began working in his family's construction company at sixteen. Hockey has been an equally formative part of his life. A goaltender since the age of eight, Cassidy currently competes in junior hockey while preparing for college. The position has reinforced the qualities he brings to business: preparation, composure, accountability, and the ability to make clear decisions under pressure.
Born in Charleston, West Virginia, Cassidy moved to Pittsburgh at twelve and has since lived in Corpus Christi, Boston, and Nashua while pursuing hockey. He attended North Catholic High School in Pittsburgh for his freshman and sophomore years before completing his junior and senior years at St. Mark's School in Southborough, Massachusetts. He earned honors at both schools and graduated from St. Mark's with distinction. Those experiences across teams, cities, classrooms, and businesses have shaped a worldview grounded in adaptability and genuine connection. Achievement is important to Cassidy, but empathy, kindness, and being a good human are the values he places above everything else.
“I'm excited to work with you and become part of the success story your company is building.”
Leadership principles
The work begins with how a company actually runs: its people, handoffs, pressure points, and goals. Technology comes after the problem is understood.
Every system should earn its place by improving speed, accuracy, consistency, cost control, or the team's ability to execute.
A stronger system should support the culture behind the business, not force good people into a generic way of working.
