Free consultation & first two hours
We learn how the business runs, look at the task with your team, and decide whether the likely improvement is worth the cost. Scope, fees, timing, and responsibilities are agreed before further work.
Testing build
Your team tries an early version against the task it needs to handle. We work through the feedback together and change what gets in the way.
Production build
We develop the agreed features and check the requirements for the environment where the system will be used.
Final build
We complete the agreed changes and help your team start using the system. Support continues after delivery, with training, maintenance, and issue handling set out in the agreement.

Kanawha AI grew out of experience in a family-owned construction company in West Virginia. Today, KAI works from Pittsburgh with construction and industrial businesses, medical offices, law firms, and other organizations.
We look for changes that earn back the time and cost of making them. Sometimes that calls for a custom system; sometimes a simpler process is the better answer.
