Try Operations HubA demonstration is a starting point. We agree on configuration, data requirements, implementation, and continued support around your company.

Daily reports may arrive in several formats. Equipment costs may be difficult to compare. The records needed for a project review may be scattered across folders.
We work through a specific task with the people responsible, then scope the software around it. That can include field-to-office reporting, repetitive entry, document organization, or a management view of information your team already maintains.
Manufacturing, marine operations, industrial services, and other equipment-intensive businesses can bring the same kinds of questions. Any connection to an existing system must be checked before it is promised.
Working with KAI
You have help throughout the build and after delivery. As your company's needs change, we stay involved in keeping the system useful.

We learn how the business runs, look at the task with your team, and decide whether the likely improvement is worth the cost. Scope, fees, timing, and responsibilities are agreed before further work.
Your team tries an early version against the task it needs to handle. We work through the feedback together and change what gets in the way.
We develop the agreed features and check the requirements for the environment where the system will be used.
We complete the agreed changes and help your team start using the system. Support continues after delivery, with training, maintenance, and issue handling set out in the agreement.
Our background
Experience in a family-owned West Virginia construction company shaped KAI's approach to software. The work needs to make sense to the people in the field and the people reviewing it in the office.
