What happens between the field observation and the finished report?
Field Services gives inspectors a place to work from assigned project packages, record observations and test data, and return reports for review. Coordinators can follow assignments and submissions; reviewers can examine requirements, evidence, calculations, deficiencies, and revisions before delivery.
Explore the manager and inspector workspaces with fictional jobs, staff, reports, and test results. Example forms and calculations illustrate the software and are not engineering evidence or professional approval.
Keep the review connected to the field record.
- Job and inspector assignment registers
- Field observations, test forms, and supporting evidence
- Report corrections, QA/QC review, and revision context
- Laboratory queues, specifications, forms, and deficiencies
Start from the assignment.
Coordinators maintain jobs, inspectors, assignments, specifications, and form requirements. The inspector workspace organizes assigned jobs and credentials before a report begins, so the field record has a clear project and purpose.
Capture the work in the form it needs.
Observation, compaction, asphalt, concrete, and other supported form families bring structured test fields together with narrative and evidence. The demonstration uses invented results and simulated draft handling; it does not upload files or certify a field test.
Review, correct, and preserve the context.
Submitted Reports and QA/QC Review connect the report, requirements, calculation checks, evidence, annotations, and revision history. Deficiencies and the Lab Queue provide separate places to follow unresolved field items and concrete break work.
Keep the field workflow visible when service is limited.
Drafts, Corrections, and Offline Queue demonstrate how unfinished work and returned reports remain visible to an inspector. Public demo persistence and synchronization are simulated; no company device, evidence store, or delivery system is connected.
