Which equipment decisions need attention?
An asset's purchase price tells only part of the story. Fleet Intelligence puts utilization, ownership cost, maintenance, and economic-life information in the same place for review.
Use the fictional fleet to move from the overview into Fleet Browser, Maintenance, or Economic Life. The example figures illustrate the interface, not a forecast for your fleet.
Put the cost beside the machine.
- Move from fleet summaries into individual assets and transaction detail
- Review owning and operating costs, supplier spend, and cost-code drivers
- Compare maintenance pressure, reliability, and repair history
- Explore economic life, replacement plans, quotes, and mechanic workflows
Put the operating picture beside the financial picture.
The executive view introduces the fleet's position. Fleet Financial Management then separates equipment costs, supplier spending, cost codes, profit-and-loss categories, transaction detail, exceptions, and reconciliation so the team can investigate a summary.
Look at the machine behind the number.
Fleet Browser opens an asset's history, utilization, costs, depreciation and debt context. Maintenance and Reliability expose repair pressure and the supporting history. Missing history and data exceptions remain visible rather than being presented as a clean result.
Review replacement assumptions before committing capital.
Economic Life, Vorster Analysis, Capex Plan, and Quote Library bring different inputs to the replacement discussion. The example numbers demonstrate the workflow; they are not recommended purchase decisions or a forecast for your fleet.
Give the shop a practical place to start.
Mechanic View is a separate workspace for finding equipment, reviewing repair considerations, and recording a repair. All work in the demonstration uses fictional machines and remains within the demo session.
